Allow around two to four months from first conversation to show day. A modular build is quicker than a custom one because the system already exists, so the time goes into configuring it to your space and preparing the graphics rather than engineering a structure from nothing. Reconfiguring a stand you already own for a later show is quicker again.

That is the whole point of it. The system is built to be reconfigured, so the stand that fills a sixty square metre hall can come back as an eighteen square metre stand at a regional show, using the same components and the same look. We plan the configurations with you so the brand reads the same at every size.

Both options are available. You can choose to purchase your modular stand for ongoing use or hire a system for a particular exhibition. Either way, the stand can be configured to suit your space, your brand and your exhibition requirements.

Only when your message changes. Graphics are separate from the structure, so a new campaign, a new product or a new strapline means reprinting panels rather than rebuilding a stand. Most clients refresh graphics far more often than they change the configuration.

Every part of the job is handled in house: one project manager, space planning, 3D design and visuals, preparation in our own workshop, graphics and large format print, lighting and AV integration, logistics and delivery, installation and dismantle, and storage between shows.

Absolutely. We regularly design, build and install exhibition stands throughout Europe and internationally. Whether it’s a custom-built or modular stand, we manage the logistics, transport and installation, ensuring everything comes together wherever you’re exhibiting.

That depends on what the stand has to do. If you need private meeting space or product demonstrations, that sets a minimum before anything else. Floor space is bought from the show organiser separately from the stand itself, which catches first time exhibitors out more than anything else.
