Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect your information.

Last updated 3 October 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by RB Creative Group Ltd, trading as Red Blizzard. We design, build and install exhibition stands for businesses across the UK and Europe. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 9952485, and our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for the information described in this policy. That means we decide why and how your information is used, and we are responsible for looking after it.

The information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete an enquiry form, email us, call us or ask for a quotation, we collect your name, your company name and job title, your email address and telephone number, and anything else you choose to tell us about your project, such as the show you are exhibiting at, your stand space and your budget.

Information about your project. Once a project is under way we hold correspondence, briefs, drawings, site plans, delivery details and the contact details of the people at your organisation we deal with.

Information collected automatically. When you visit this website we collect technical information such as your IP address, your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how long you spend on them, and the website or advertisement that brought you here.

How we use it, and why we are allowed to

We only use your information where the law allows. In practice we rely on four grounds.

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

To deliver a project you have commissioned. We rely on performing our contract with you.

To run and improve our business. We rely on our legitimate interests, meaning our genuine need to understand how the website is used, to measure whether our advertising works, to keep a record of the work we have done and to protect the site from misuse. We weigh this against your rights, and we do not use your information in ways you would not reasonably expect.

To send you marketing. Where we send marketing emails we rely either on your consent, or, where you have already enquired about or bought a similar service from us, on our legitimate interests. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.

Advertising, analytics and remarketing

We advertise this website, and we measure whether that advertising works. This means information about your visit may be shared with advertising and analytics providers.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site, which pages they read and where they leave. We see this as patterns and totals rather than as individuals.

Advertising platforms. We run paid advertising through platforms including Google Ads and Meta. These platforms set identifiers that let us see how many people who clicked an advertisement went on to make an enquiry. This is known as conversion tracking.

Remarketing. If you visit the site without making an enquiry you may later see our advertising on other websites, in search results or on social media. This is known as remarketing, and it is based on the fact that you visited rather than on anything you told us.

Audiences. We may ask an advertising platform to show our advertising to people who resemble our existing customers. Where that involves an email address it is shared in hashed form, meaning it is turned into a string of characters rather than sent as readable text.

None of this happens unless you accept marketing cookies. If you decline them we still advertise, but your visit is not used to measure or target it. You can change your mind at any time, as set out below and in our cookie policy.

Cookies and your choices

We use Cookiebot to ask for your consent and to keep a record of it. When you first arrive you are shown a banner setting out the categories of cookie we use, and you can accept or decline each category. Only strictly necessary cookies are set before you choose.

You can change or withdraw your consent whenever you like by reopening the cookie settings from our cookie policy, where you will also find a current list of every cookie used on this site.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following.

Service providers who run systems on our behalf, including our website host, our email provider, our project management systems and our analytics and advertising providers. They act on our instructions.

Suppliers and contractors where it is needed to deliver your project, such as print, audio visual, electrical, logistics and installation partners. They receive only what they need, such as a site contact and a stand location.

Professional advisers such as our accountants, insurers and solicitors, and authorities where the law requires it.

Sending information outside the UK

Some of our providers, in particular the analytics and advertising platforms, are based outside the UK. Where your information is transferred outside the UK we make sure it is protected to the standard UK law requires, either because the country has been formally recognised as offering adequate protection, or by putting an approved contract in place with the provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for two years from your last contact, so we can pick the conversation up if you come back to us. Project records, including contracts and correspondence, are kept for seven years after the project ends to meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you ask us to stop. Website analytics are kept for up to fourteen months.

Keeping it secure

We take appropriate steps to protect your information, including access controls, an encrypted connection to this website and limiting access to the people who need it. No system can be completely secure, so if we do suffer a breach that is likely to affect your rights we will tell you and the regulator, as the law requires.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what information we hold about you and receive a copy, to have anything inaccurate corrected, to ask us to delete it in some circumstances, to ask us to restrict how we use it, to object where we rely on legitimate interests, to ask us to transfer it to another organisation in some circumstances, and to withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on consent.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will respond within one month and there is no charge.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information please tell us first, and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy regularly and update it when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
