Custom stands,
the common questions

Allow around three to six months from first conversation to show day for a custom build. Design and approval usually take the longest, because that is where the decisions are made. We have worked to shorter timescales, but the earlier you start the more the budget buys.

Often yes. A custom stand is designed for one footprint, but elements can frequently be rebuilt into a different space and we can design with that in mind where it matters. Between shows we can store and prepare your stand ready for the next installation.

Yes. The same team designs, manufactures, delivers, installs and dismantles. You have one point of contact throughout rather than a chain of contractors.

You commissioned it and it is built for you. We keep the working drawings so the stand can be rebuilt, adapted or repaired for later shows.

Absolutely. We regularly design, build and install exhibition stands throughout Europe and internationally. Whether it’s a custom-built or modular stand, we manage the logistics, transport and installation, ensuring everything comes together wherever you’re exhibiting.

We work across a huge range of industries, from healthcare, technology and manufacturing to finance, retail and transport. These are just a snapshot of the many sectors we work across.

That depends on what the stand has to do. If you need private meeting space or product demonstrations, that sets a minimum before anything else. Floor space is bought from the show organiser separately from the stand itself, which catches first time exhibitors out more than anything else.
