These terms explain the basis on which you may use this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover use of the website only. They are not the terms on which we design, build or hire out exhibition stands. Work of that kind is governed by the written quotation and contract we agree with you for that project.

This site is operated by RB Creative Group Ltd, trading as Red Blizzard, a company registered in England and Wales under number 9952485, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ.

We make the site available free of charge. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from interruption, and we may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of it without notice. You are responsible for making sure that anyone who accesses the site through your internet connection is aware of these terms.

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not use it in any way that breaches any applicable law, that is fraudulent or harmful, or that attempts to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is stored on, or any connected system. You must not knowingly introduce any virus or other malicious material, and you must not attempt to collect data from the site by automated means without our written permission.

We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this site and in everything published on it, including text, photography, drawings, renders, layouts, logos and the Red Blizzard name. Those rights are protected by law.

You may view and print pages from the site for your own internal use, for example to share a proposal internally or to brief a colleague. You must not otherwise copy, reproduce, publish or use any part of it commercially without our written permission, and you must not alter any image or drawing taken from the site.

Photographs of completed stands remain our property and often feature the brands of our customers. Please do not reuse them to promote another business.

If you send us an enquiry, a brief, a drawing or any other material, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that doing so does not breach anyone else’s rights. We treat the commercial content of your enquiry as confidential and use it only to respond to you and to deliver your project.

The content on this site is provided for general information. It does not amount to advice or to an offer, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision. Stand photography and case studies show work delivered for particular customers at particular shows, and the specification, materials and cost of any stand we build for you will depend on your own brief, your stand space and the rules of the venue.

Prices, availability and lead times are confirmed only in a written quotation.

Where this site links to another website, we provide the link for information only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss that arises from your use of them.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions and warranties relating to this site to the fullest extent the law allows, and we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on any content on it.

These limits apply to the website. Our responsibility for work we carry out for you is set out in the contract for that project.

We are not responsible for any failure to make the site available where that failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control, including the failure of a public network, a hosting provider or a utility supply.

We may update the site and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows when these terms were last changed. Please check them when you return, as the version in force is the one published at the time you use the site.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
